Flooring : Superior quality Vitrified tiles for the entire apartment with vitrified skirting
Kitchen : Ceramic Tiles for floor, Granite Kitchen counter, single bowl stainless steel sink and tap. Provision for installation of an exhaust fan is provided
Toilet Fittings : High grade sanitary ware including European water closet, good quality shower.
Doors : Good quality internal wooden door frames and door shutters. PVC door shuffers for bathrooms
Window : Fully glazed powder coated aluminum windows with mild steel grills.
Hardware : All hinges, locks, eye bolts, hook’s etc, used will be of established and dependable manufacturer Painting : Internal wall putty finished with emulsion paint for surface coat. Enamel paint for doors External walls with emulsion.
Electrictals : Concealed copper wiring, with adequate light, fan and plug points as per drawing. Each flat will have an intepenent meter. ISI marked switches etc are used. A plug foi cable V and telephone conduit points are provided in the living room
Additional Items: Additional electrical points, telephone and cable TV socket, wardrobes and any other provision not shown in the plan can be done at extra cost as per customer’s requirements
